This is the first unit of the new St. Joseph's retirement community.  I took this from the front of the convent.  It's hard to tell but the church is in the background and the Convent is to the left, out of the picture.  New Falls Road is to the right.

I don't know how many units they plan to put in.  The school and the auditorium will be demolished.  In fact the school has been used for SWAT-style police training where they exploded things and broke stuff.  I don't know if the church will stay in any form.  I doubt it.
